Georgia could become only State with limited public access to historical archives. Petition started to keep access.

The Georgia Archives in Morrow, Georgia are slated to be closed to the public as of November 1. At that time, Georgia will become the only state in the country that will not have a central location in which the public can visit to research and review the historical records of their government and state. The negative effects will be felt by students and faculty at KSU, as well as all citizens of Georgia who will lose easy access to these primary, historical resources.
